Why we’re doing this
Almost everything about AI is a video now, and most of it you could just google. But you remember more of what you read than what you watch. So we write. It’s a place for people who work with AI, and we write down what’s hard to find anywhere else, the stuff that usually lives only in the heads of the people building with it.
TL;DR
- We sit down with people who really know AI and ask the questions you’d want to ask. What they tell us, you won’t find online.
- Stories for builders, posts for everyone else, a newsletter to keep up.
- No reels. Just stuff worth reading.
It started with a magazine. Twice a year it shows up on big, thick paper, and it’s about everything except the thing it’s supposed to be about. You read it slowly and come away a bit smarter.
AI right now is the opposite. Reels, launch threads, a new tool every morning. Almost everything is a video, and half of them end with “comment AI and I’ll send you the link”, for something you could google in ten seconds.
voice memoReally, the only thing you need is the form: how you do it, how you write, what you write about, and above all whether your articles give people some added value. Otherwise nobody’s going to read it.
So that’s the idea. Less scrolling, more reading. And in AI, the stuff worth reading is the people: what they tried, what blew up, what they’d do differently.
What you’ll find here
The stories are the main thing. We sit down with someone building with AI, in person or on a call, and turn the conversation into something you can read in one go. They’re written for founders and builders, but anyone can follow.
The posts are for everyone else. Heard something about AI and want to actually get it? No background needed. If someone in a story brought it up, we link to them, so you get what it is and what it’s like from someone using it.
And the newsletter is how you keep up: what’s actually happening in AI, every week or two.
Thanks for reading,Vojtěch Brandejs & Sebastian Mensa
